The Mud House Winery & Cafe is ideal for your Waipara venue hire needs. We have an impressive setting for all occasions, both business and pleasure.

The natural beauty of the surrounding landscape and the elegance of The Mud House buildings are guaranteed to put everyone in an agreeable frame of mind.

Inside we can accommodate 50pax in the cloisters, 30pax in the café or 150pax standing

With every function you will enjoy our Mud House or Waipara Hills Wines from our award winning wine cellar.

It is our suggestion that you come and do a tasting at our cellar door 3 weeks prior to your function so we can help you choose the wines to match your food.

Surrounded by vines and rolling mountains the prestigious Mud House building is sure to make the most out of your function, wedding or conference.

Venue Hire for Functions with Exclusive use of the Venue

5.30pm – 11.00pm Daily $800.00

11.00pm – 12.30am Daily $250.00

10.00am – 5.00pm Cloisters and Courtyard $2,000.00

10.00am – 5.00pm Full Venue $4,000.00

All prices exclude GST

Venue Hire for Larger Functions/Weddings

Venue Hire is as above but you will require a marquee for numbers over 50 guests for a seated function.

All marquees can be adapted to customers’ requirements and can be on the concert site lawn or in the courtyard.

You are welcome to hire the venue and work with Continental, White Tie, or Moveable Feasts as your caterers for your function.

Meeting Room/Conference Hire

Escape here at the Mud House we offer conference facilities with a difference, by combining incredible landscape with professional facilities. The perfect match to any company event whether it be a staff conference, product launch, board meeting or networking event, whatever the occasion we have it covered.
